The Call of the Wild......

The Anchor......

Beneath the vibrant, pulsing life of the Galapagos lies a sanctuary of silence. As you step on your mat each day, you will discover the art of returning home to yourself; a space to integrate the days adventures and discover that true peace is not the absence of life's wildness, but the calm, luminous center you hold within, beautifully undisturbed.

More About The Galapagos

The Galapagos is a cluster of volcanic islands off the coast of Ecuador that is home to some of the most unique landscapes and animals in the world. These islands possess a raw, elemental power born from fire and isolated by vast oceans. Expect to see lots of wildlife including a variety of beautiful birds like the blue footed boobies, giant turtles, sea lions, marine iguanas and much much more. There is a profound, almost spiritual magic in a place where many of these animals will look at you not with fear, but with calm and curiosity. You don't just stumble into a place like this, you work for it. Visiting the Galapagos is truly a privilege; it is proof that you have carved out the space, the resources, and the deep intention required to witness one of the planet's final frontiers.

Most flights going to Galapagos have a layover in Quito or Guayaquil. If you are flying through Quito, the plane might stop in Guayaquil before proceeding to Baltra, Galapagos. Total travel time from Quito - Guayaquil - Galapagos is three hours. If you fly directly from Quito or Guayaquil to the Galapagos, you will arrive in Baltra approximately one hour forty five minutes after take off.

Travel insurance is mandatory for this trip. When you do book travel insurance, make sure to add "Emergency Medical Evacuation" that provides a minimum of $100,000, and an Emergency medical limit of at least $50,000 since U.S. domestic health insurance is rarely accepted. If they have an activity waiver you can add snorkeling, boat excursion and hiking.

I also recommend CFAR or "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance which will allow you to get all you deposits and any money spent back in case you have to cancel. Any deposit made is NON-REFUNDABLE no matter what the circumstances, unless the retreat itself is cancelled. Below are a couple of travel insurance companies I recommend.
